• Changed Java layer to properly log warnings as warnings and not configuration messages.

• Changed Java layer to stop erroneously propagating error codes returned from processEvents to the application.

• Added the retransmit_message_caching_proximity configuration option to allow a receiver to control the caching of new messages during a Late Join or UME recovery.

• Fixed a segmentation fault that could occur if a TCP source is deleted while there is data on the socket.

• Corrected the permanent blocking of a sender if one of two receivers disconnected while the source buffers were full.

• Default value for the configuration option, transport_tcp_activity_timeout, was changed to zero. To use the timer, you must configure the option with a value in milliseconds.

• The default value for mim_ordered_delivery has been changed to 1, ordered delivery. Previously, the option defaulted to arrival order.

• Switched from Soft References to Weak References in Java to clean up request messages more efficiently.

• Added support in the LBM Gateway for MIM fragmentation/reassembly.

• The UME source controller now uses the request_tcp_interface address as a Persistence Registration response address if it is specified. Otherwise it uses the default multicast interface address.

• All system messages generated during system initialization are now routed to the logging callback function.
